Glowing reviews for TP Glow

Trafford Palazzo’s dedicated pop-up space has enabled over 45 independent businesses from across the world of fashion and beauty to showcase their brands since its inception in May.

The pop-up space known as TP Glow has scored favourable reviews from a cross section of lifestyle, sustainable fashion and beauty brands that used the space to drive awareness, showcase and sell their products and services as well as engage with their audience face to face.

Exciting luxury fashion brand Nadine Merabi hosted one of its first ever sample sales in the north west within TP Glow and it proved hugely popular with long queues forming before opening. Other exciting brands have included Oh Polly, BADR, Sculpt Activewear, Kick Collective, Catch my Thrift and Fashion without a Face amongst many others.

a dynamic space

A spokesperson at Nadine Merabi, who exhibited over a weekend in May, said:

“Partnering with TP Glow for our first sample sale was an absolute pleasure. The dynamic space exceeded our expectations. TP Glow provided a prime location for the footfall that attended the event.”

a place to meet customers

Hannah Bennet, Digital Content Manager at Sculpt Activewear, said:

“As a digital brand, the biggest opportunity in this was being able to meet our customers face to face. People initially buy into the brand, but they stay for that personal and intimate experience that you get from a small(er) business.

“The runway event was also a huge hit, with a fabulous space to showcase our latest collections and get all of our customers, friends & family in one room to celebrate the brand.“

TP Glow, located on the ground floor of Trafford Palazzo, was created to provide small to medium eCommerce businesses with space, to grow their profile, attract impulse buyers and open up their brands to consumers who don’t frequently shop online whilst providing the customers of Trafford Palazzo access to fresh and innovative new offerings to attract new customers and enhance the visitor experience.

The space was fully equipped to be versatile and used for events, launches and sales with a 26ft catwalk, six dressing rooms, a DJ Booth and gorgeous lighting.

incredible brands

Mark Whittaker, Executive Director – Property Investment & Management at Peel L&P said:

“The idea for TP Glow came from our desire to continue to create exceptional experiences at Trafford Palazzo with the aim to make it easy for brands to bring along their products and their service offering, set-up quickly and start trading.

“It has proven to be a great success in a relatively short time during the summer months and we are looking forward to taking the concept into its next phase in the coming weeks.

We’ve seen some incredible brands utilise the space and take advantage of the prime location.”

Trafford Palazzo has had a busy summer to date with the arrival of ‘the crown jewels of bowling’, King Pins, as well as the month-long summer carnival, TP Carnival with free activities for all the family to enjoy in August. Last Saturday, they recorded one of the busiest Saturdays with over 30,000 visitors alone.

Nerf Action Experience and Archies is set to open in the coming weeks, promising an exciting new element to the retail and leisure destination.

Luxury sample sales in September

Luxury sample sale operator, Showcase, will be using TP Glow to promote a series of sample sales during the month of September, beginning with brands such as Sophia Webster and Hamlut Lang.
