Viral beauty powerhouse and TikTok’s No.1 brand P.Louise is continuing its mission to reinvent retail with the opening of P.Louise City, a highly-anticipated, world-first immersive beauty destination at Trafford Palazzo.
Spanning 19,000 sq ft across two floors, P.Louise City is a fully realised beauty universe designed for beauty lovers, content creators and experience-seekers alike. Built to challenge everything consumers expect from traditional retail, the concept transforms shopping into animmersive destination in its own right.

More than just a place to shop, P.Louise City offers a fully immersive beauty playground. Visitors will step into a constantly evolving beauty world featuring immersive environments, interactive experiences, content creation opportunities, education spaces and community-focused moments designed to blur the lines between shopping and entertainment.

Where is the new store?
P. Louise City is located next to SEA LIFE, with the easiest access via the Trafford Palazzo car park entrance.
What time can I queue from?
The queue for P. Louise will officially open at 6:00am. Please enter via the Trafford Palazzo car park entrance, as this will be the only accessible entrance at that time.
Please arrive together or meet your group before joining the queue.
While the queue will begin inside Trafford Palazzo, due to expected high demand, parts of it may extend outdoors. Please dress appropriately for Manchester weather, including suncream, a hat, an umbrella, and a coat.
Can I camp out overnight?
Queuing will be managed from early morning (6:00am).
Overnight stays are not permitted, and we cannot guarantee access to the centre before this time.
Please do not bring tents, sleeping bags, or camping chairs, as these cannot be accommodated inside the centre.
Which entrance do I use to join the queue?
Please join the queue via the Trafford Palazzo car park entrance.
What time does the store open?
- Queue opens: 6:00am
- Opening ceremony: 12:00pm (noon)
- Store entry begins: From 12:00pm (noon)
- Store closes: 6:00pm
- Monday–Friday: 10:00am – 10:00pm
- Saturday: 10:00am – 9:00pm
- Sunday: 12:00pm – 6:00pm

Please note: The opening day will be extremely busy and noisy. We encourage customers who may find this environment difficult to consider visiting at a later date.
How do I get an opening day PR Box?
The first 250 customers in the queue will receive an exclusive gift box when spending £20 in store.
Where are the nearest toilets?
The nearest facilities (including accessible and parent/child toilets) are located on the 3rd floor of Trafford Palazzo, next to King Pins.
If you need to leave the queue, please speak to a member of P. Louise staff for assistance.
What provisions are in place for customers with disabilities or accessibility requirements?
We are expecting large crowds, as well as loud music and entertainment throughout the day. To keep things fair, the queue will operate on a first-come, first-served basis. If this may be difficult for you, we would love to welcome you back at a quieter time.
The queuing area will be fully accessible, with appropriate space for wheelchair users, and located at ground-floor level.
If attending with others, please arrive together or meet before joining the queue.
There will be plenty of identifiable P. Louise staff available, please speak to a member of the team if you need support.
Public transport information
We recommend using public transport:
- Metrolink (TFGM): The closest tram stop is Trafford Palazzo, located directly outside the centre.
- Bus: Regular services operate from across Greater Manchester to the Trafford Centre Bus Station.
Will there be more goody bags after opening day?
Gift boxes are exclusive to launch day only. Any future giveaways will be at P.Louise’s discretion.
