Get ready to energise your day with The Wellness Hub Community at Trafford Palazzo!

Start your day with intention and energy at our Morning Yoga sessions, led by the expert instructors from The Wellness Hub MCR. These gentle yet uplifting morning flows are designed to help you reset, stretch, and centre yourself for the day ahead.

Cost: Completely FREE for all fitness levels (18+)

Note: Please bring your own. £5 to hire a yoga mat

Spaces are very limited.

Fun Family Yoga session for all levels

Bring the whole family along for our Family Yoga sessions, led by the expert instructors from The Wellness Hub MCR. These gentle, playful flows are designed for all ages, helping you stretch, connect, and have fun together as a family.

Please note: All children must be accompanied by a parent or guardian throughout the session.

FREE MASS COMMUNITY YOGA WITH LIVE STRING QUARTET EVENT

26 July 10am - 11am

A feel-good stretch and breath session open to everyone, set to the sound of a beautiful live string quartet performance.

Bring a friend, meet new people, and take an hour to move, stretch, and fully relax.

Note: Yoga mats are not provided, please bring your own.

The Wellness Hub MCR delivers thoughtfully curated, expert-led wellness programmes across workplaces, residential buildings and communities. We move beyond one-off sessions, designing ongoing experiences that feel engaging, easy to return to, and support sustainable wellbeing habits over time.

Blending movement, mindfulness, creativity and culture, from yoga and fitness classes to beautiful fresh floral arrangements, paint and sip, Chinese tea ceremonies, and unique cultural and creative workshops, our programmes offer something for everyone. Each programme is tailored to spark joy and give people space to switch off and come back to themselves.
